the same recipe with music : https://youtu.be/YU7gmMaCm80 MRM, Extra Strength Probiotic https://ift.tt/2mX08WL Nutiva, Organic Coconut Oil, Butter Flavor https://ift.tt/2nRk0KQ Now Foods, Sunflower Lecithin, Pure Powder https://ift.tt/2n5Z82t ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: 80g cashew nuts 150g water 1 capsule of probiotic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 240g butter flavored coconut oil (or use 240g refined coconut oil and 2 tsp nutritional yeast instead) 2 tsp sunflower lecithin powder (optional) Instructions: 1. blend cashew nuts and water in a blender. add probiotic powder and stir well. leave it at room temperature to allow it ferment for 6 - 12 hours. 2. add all the ingredients into a blender and blend. 3. pour into a silicon mold. 4. leave it in a fridge for a few hours. 5. Enjoy! It lasts a few weeks in a fridge.
